Luis the service manager always goes above and beyond for me! But the last time they forgot to wash my car and I didn't have time to wait for the wash. Be sure to make an appointment before you go because they get busy.

I bought a Certified Pre Owned Q70L on Jan 15 2021. Adam, Linnaea, Shaun, and Albert all made the entire buying experience a breeze. It was especially important that the vehicle was represented accurately, as I traveled from out to state to pick up the car. Adam provided plenty of pictures, and Shaun did a great job walking me through all of CPO warranty details!! Would definitely buy again from this dealer!

My second time to this location and will be only going to this location. Went in for car maintenance oil change. I had the best service adviser Rudy Ruiz he gave me so much feed back and knowledge on 2 protocols that my car needed and took car of it. I was so so glad he did take the time to help me out and having my car washed after it was done. I highly recommend to ask for Rudy Ruiz when you need service. He has great customer service and cares for your vehicle!

I can't forget about the nail I had in my tire, when I mentioned it to Wilson, he said he will have one of the guys look at it & see what they could do for me. Appointments are best but yesterday I was needing a wheel lock key. i drive in late afternoon and helped right away. Service drive, service managers, parts dept. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I am happy when I when I left ...just like I was when I arrived. That always helps.

They made sure to communicate and update me properly, while accommodating me with a bigger vehicle, knowing that I had an SUV and prefer bigger space. I called 3 times and was told I'll get a call back and never did. Finally Moises from the fleet department picked up and had Brandon call me back and take care of it. Those two guys are why they get a 5 Star. The rest of the team sucked

When on new year eve to get a qx30, I was help over the phone thru Anthony internet manager, he connect me with Rodrigo, I work on Sales , so I know what is a an excellent service, Rodrigo provides an excellent experience and make sure everything is taking care of, the negotiation was fast and smooth, and Rodrigo did his best to help me in what I wanted, at any point I feel I was rushed and he seems like a real person not a robot who wants to make a sale, my recommendation go with Rodrigo.
